Do we dance! This festival has been praised by thousands and is different from other festivals in that an 80 x 30 dance floor is always open during the stage performances. If you like to dance, watch, or learn, we have you covered. If you like to waltz, two-step, clog, square, or line dance, this is where it is. We also provide a Saturday afternoon clogging/buck dance contest. Here are the particulars.

This contest will be held on June 17th and Sept 2nd.

• Dance contest begins at 5:00 p.m. on the Saturday of each festival.
• Winners are determined by audience ballot.
• Anything goes, you get the audience votes, and you win.
• Ribbons and cash prizes are awarded during prime-time Saturday night.

Junior Buck Dance - 11 through 35
Senior Buck Dance - 36 through 65
Blue Hair - 66 and up
